SMS delivery friction
Users may not see or receive SMS immediately. Filtering, delays, and handset issues create “OTP not received” tickets before the product even starts.
WhatsApp OTP infrastructure
Verify users faster with WhatsApp OTP infrastructure built for modern businesses.
Send authentication and verification codes through WhatsApp with a simple, developer-friendly API. Fast, reliable WhatsApp OTP infrastructure for SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, and apps that cannot wait on a missed SMS.
Built for developers · Fast integration · Pay only for what you use
Categories we design WhatsApp OTP for — not a customer logo wall.
A WhatsApp OTP service delivers one-time verification codes through WhatsApp messaging so users can complete login, signup, and authentication without waiting on SMS. Codes are generated by your application, sent via a WhatsApp OTP API on the WhatsApp Business Platform, and validated on your server.
Ominiflow provides WhatsApp OTP infrastructure: API access, authentication template workflows, and delivery monitoring. It is built for developers and product teams that want a WhatsApp verification API without assembling Cloud API plumbing from scratch. Ominiflow is an independent platform and is not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp. Buy WhatsApp OTP · OTP setup guide.

Signup and login should not stall because a code never arrived. WhatsApp OTP gives teams a second, often faster path to the same verification moment.
Users may not see or receive SMS immediately. Filtering, delays, and handset issues create “OTP not received” tickets before the product even starts.
Every extra step creates signup friction. A missed code is not a small delay — it is often the moment a new user leaves.
Teams should not have to build OTP infrastructure from scratch: templates, webhooks, retries, and monitoring on top of the WhatsApp Business Platform.
The Ominiflow approach
Ominiflow is WhatsApp OTP infrastructure for businesses: send codes through a developer-friendly API, watch delivery, and keep validation in your own backend. You still own the secret. We help you deliver it.
Buy WhatsApp OTPThree steps from account to first verification code. Production messaging still requires WhatsApp Business Platform access and an approved authentication template.
Sign up, create a workspace, and get API credentials. Keep keys in your server environment — never in a mobile app or browser.
Connect Cloud API access and submit an authentication template. Ominiflow handles the messaging layer; your app still generates and hashes the code.
POST to the OTP send endpoint, wait for delivery webhooks, then verify the user-submitted code against your hashed store.
A WhatsApp verification API should read like any other auth call: phone, channel, request id. Generate the secret in your backend, send through Ominiflow, confirm on submit.
The request shape below is illustrative. Confirm path and fields in the live API documentation before integrating.

The same WhatsApp authentication API covers login, recovery, and high-risk actions. Pick the flow that is blocking users today.
Confirm a new account with a WhatsApp verification code before the user enters the product.
Send a WhatsApp login OTP when passwordless or step-up authentication is required.
Deliver a reset code on a channel users actually check, then expire it after use.
Ask for a one-time code before a payment, transfer, or other sensitive action.
Activate a phone-linked profile only after the number is verified on WhatsApp.
Add WhatsApp 2FA as a second factor for accounts that already have a password.
Prove the user controls the mobile number attached to the account.
Require a fresh code for device changes, payout edits, or admin-level actions.
REST-style calls, documented auth, and a verification workflow your backend can own in days — not a six-month SI project.

Authentication templates, copy-code patterns, and OTP-specific guidance — not a generic broadcast tool relabeled as 2FA.
Built on Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. Volume follows your messaging tier and quality, not an arbitrary Ominiflow cap.
Pay As You Go for OTP usage, plus Meta authentication fees at cost. No invented per-OTP marketing rates on this page.
Track send, delivery, and failure signals so you can retry or fall back without guessing.

Requests use API credentials. Keep keys on the server; rotate them if they leak.
Dashboard and API traffic are served over HTTPS so credentials and payloads are encrypted in transit.
Workspace access is account-based. Limit who can create keys and send authentication templates.
Use delivery and failure signals to know whether a code left the platform — then decide on retry or fallback.
Generate codes in your app, store them hashed, and expire them. Do not log full OTPs in plaintext.
Use authentication templates for OTP — not marketing copy. See our privacy and acceptable-use pages.
A WhatsApp OTP is a one-time password or verification code delivered through WhatsApp messaging instead of SMS or email. Businesses use it for signup, login, password recovery, and other authentication steps. Delivery happens through the WhatsApp Business Platform, not the consumer WhatsApp app.
Your application generates a short-lived code, stores a hashed copy, and requests delivery through a WhatsApp OTP API. The user receives a verification message on WhatsApp, enters or copies the code, and your backend confirms it. Authentication templates on the WhatsApp Business Platform are the standard message format for this flow.
A WhatsApp OTP API (also called a WhatsApp verification API or WhatsApp authentication API) is a programmatic interface to send and track one-time verification codes over WhatsApp. Ominiflow provides API access, template workflows, and delivery monitoring so product and engineering teams do not have to assemble that stack from scratch.
Create an Ominiflow account, connect WhatsApp Business Platform access, approve an authentication template, then call the send endpoint from your backend. Validate codes on your server — never in the client. See the developer docs for authentication, webhooks, and example requests. The sample payload on this page is illustrative.
Yes. WhatsApp login OTP is a common pattern for signup verification, returning-user login, password recovery, and two-factor authentication (WhatsApp 2FA). Use it wherever you currently send an SMS or email code, as long as the recipient can receive WhatsApp messages on that number.
Ominiflow WhatsApp OTP pricing is usage-based on a Pay As You Go model, with custom Enterprise options for high volume. Meta authentication conversation fees are billed separately at Meta’s published rates and passed through at cost. Confirm current OTP rates in the pricing section or with sales before you purchase — we do not publish unofficial Meta rates here.
It depends on the audience. WhatsApp OTP often reaches smartphone users who already have WhatsApp open, and authentication templates can include a copy-code action. SMS remains useful for users without WhatsApp, feature phones, or flows that require an SMS audit trail. Many teams run WhatsApp-first with SMS fallback. See our WhatsApp vs SMS for OTP guide for India-specific trade-offs.
You can create an account immediately. Going live with production WhatsApp OTP still requires WhatsApp Business Platform setup, an approved authentication template, and your own code-generation logic. Timeline depends on business verification and template approval — not on signing up for Ominiflow alone.
You need access to the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) with a registered business number and an approved authentication template. The consumer WhatsApp app and the WhatsApp Business app on a phone are not the same as API messaging. Ominiflow helps teams connect official Cloud API access; Ominiflow is not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp.
WhatsApp Business Platform messaging can reach numbers in markets where WhatsApp is available, subject to Meta’s country rates, template rules, and your messaging tier. International OTP is not unlimited by default — plan for destination rates and quality limits. Talk to sales if you need a multi-country verification rollout.
Put WhatsApp OTP on the critical path: login, signup, and step-up authentication — with an API your engineers can ship.
