Delete your Ominiflow account
Ominiflow Enterprises lets you delete your account and request removal of personal data associated with your user profile. This page explains how to do that for the Ominiflow mobile app (com.ominiflow.com) and the web dashboard at whatsapp.ominiflow.com.
Option 1 — In the mobile app
- Open the Ominiflow app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Your account will be deactivated and you will be signed out.
Option 2 — Email request
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:
Include your registered email and a clear request to delete your Ominiflow account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
- Your user profile and login access
- Personal account settings stored on Ominiflow servers
- Push notification tokens linked to your device
Business conversation history may be retained where required for your organization’s records, billing, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Your company administrator may control workspace data separately.
Processing time
After a confirmed deletion request, personal data tied to your user account is removed from our primary systems within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
