A Shopify order confirmation on WhatsApp is a utility template sent when Shopify creates the order. It names the order, the amount, and what happens next. It is not a discount code, and it is not the same message as a COD check.

The message
Keep it to the order. A pattern that gets approved:
Hi {{1}}, we received order {{2}} for ₹{{3}}. We are preparing it now. Reply here if something looks wrong.
Pass the first name, order name, and total from the Shopify order webhook. Phone must be E.164. If checkout did not collect a WhatsApp opt-in for updates, do not invent one — the order itself is the context for a transactional confirmation, and the template still has to match utility rules. Do not append “use SAVE10 on your next order.” That is marketing.
