Authentication templates and KNET payment reminders. Keep card data out of chat variables.
WhatsApp Business API · Kuwait
Build WhatsApp automation, team inboxes, CRM workflows, campaigns and AI-powered customer communication with Ominiflow.
Meta/WhatsApp messaging fees may apply separately. Ominiflow platform pricing and WhatsApp/Meta messaging charges are separate.
Kuwaiti retail, restaurants, and banks already run customer conversations on WhatsApp. Local teams collect on KNET. Restaurants run Foodics. Banks send OTPs on authentication templates. The business number should be a verified +965 sender in Arabic and English — not a founder’s personal SIM and not an India checkout page.
Until 1 October 2026 Meta bills Kuwait on the Rest of Middle East card; after that Kuwait is a standalone market with higher marketing, utility, and authentication rates and a new authentication-international rate if you are eligible. Quote that, not UAE, not INR.
Ominiflow is the Cloud API inbox, automation, and CRM layer. Connect MyFatoorah, Tap Payments, or Upayments for payment links. Do not send a Razorpay checkout to a Kuwaiti customer. Platform pricing and Meta messaging charges are separate.
Restaurant groups on Foodics and retailers on KNET should wire order events into Utility templates first, then add Marketing only to lists with a logged opt-in. That is the Kuwait operating order that keeps quality rating intact.

Industry workflows that actually show up in Kuwait — not a generic swap of the country name.
Authentication templates and KNET payment reminders. Keep card data out of chat variables.
Foodics order-created and ready events → Utility WhatsApp, not SMS.
Order updates with MyFatoorah or Tap links. Abandoned checkout only with Marketing opt-in.
Viewings in Kuwait City, Salmiya, and Hawally on one official number.
Test-drive and service reminders for dealer groups.
Fee links and parent updates for schools and institutes.
Client WABAs without mixing Kuwait opt-in lists with GCC blast files.
A WhatsApp business communication and automation platform — not a raw API reseller.
Official Cloud API access: verified display name, approved templates, and one business number your Kuwait customers already have.
Several agents on one number with assignment, collision lock, and a transcript you can attach to the CRM — not a personal phone.
Broadcast only to opted-in lists. Marketing templates stay separate from order and OTP utility so quality rating does not collapse.
Trigger templates from order, ticket, or pipeline events instead of copy-paste. Staff handle exceptions in the inbox.
Deflect FAQs and qualify leads in the same thread, then hand to a human with context. AI assists; it does not silently replace your team.
Log inbound and outbound WhatsApp against the contact or deal. Routing rules decide which desk owns the chat.
Collect structured fields inside WhatsApp (booking, KYC lite, order details) instead of bouncing to a form that never returns.
Meta ads that open a chat. Treat the click as a conversation start — not automatic marketing consent.
Receive delivery, read, and inbound events so your stack can update orders and tickets without polling.
REST send + webhook receive for custom ERPs and internal tools. You still need a WABA and templates.
Kuwait checkout is KNET. Wire MyFatoorah, Tap, or Upayments — never UPI.
See template volume, inbox load, and campaign delivery. Meta conversation fees stay on the Meta invoice.
Roles, branches, and multiple numbers when the group is not a single inbox.
KWD 120–KWD 250/month
Indicative Ominiflow platform range in KWD. Meta Rest of Middle East / upcoming Kuwait standalone rates are extra. See the Kuwait Meta rate page for conversation fees.
Ominiflow platform pricing and WhatsApp/Meta messaging charges are separate. These figures are not Meta’s official rate card and are not a second checkout SKU. Published self-serve Scale is listed in USD.
Customer → WhatsApp → Ominiflow → Automation / AI / CRM → Team Inbox → Human Agent → Conversion.

A customer messages or taps an ad. Meta delivers that event to Ominiflow over Cloud API. Automation, an AI chatbot, or a CRM trigger can reply with an approved template. Unresolved threads land in the shared team inbox so a human agent can convert — a booking, an order, or a closed ticket — without a personal SIM.
Only connectors Ominiflow actually ships. Custom ERPs use REST and webhooks.
Digital agencies, CRM consultants, SaaS companies, marketing agencies, system integrators, and WhatsApp solution providers in Kuwait can implement Ominiflow for client WABAs instead of sharing one founder login. Each client keeps its own number, templates, and quality rating.
Reseller and technology-partner tracks exist for teams that want pricing kits, sandbox access, or implementation support. We do not promise exclusive territory, guaranteed Meta approvals, or a white-label Meta relationship that is not in the partner contract.
Ominiflow talks to WhatsApp through Meta’s Cloud API. Messages are not scraped from WhatsApp Web. Webhooks deliver inbound events so your CRM can log the thread. Role-based access keeps agents in the shared inbox without handing out the Business Manager password.
CITRA regulates electronic communications; Law No. 20 of 2014 covers electronic transactions; CBK circulars cover bank OTP. Kuwait does not copy UAE PDPL. Meta Marketing opt-in is still required. Operational guidance, not legal advice.
This is not a claim that any stack is “100% secure” or that Meta guarantees your data. Review the DPA, security policy, and subprocessors for your own risk assessment.
Official Cloud API on a +965 number: templates, shared inbox, webhooks. Not a personal Business app.
