Scheduled maintenance is communicated via email to active accounts and updated on this page when reasonably practicable. For unplanned incidents affecting message delivery or dashboard access, we post status updates here and notify affected customers.
Meta Cloud API outages (upstream at Meta infrastructure) may affect message delivery independently of Ominiflow. During Meta incidents, we monitor and communicate known impact windows.
