Will I lose my approved WhatsApp templates when leaving AiSensy?

No. Templates belong to your Meta Business Manager, not AiSensy. When you connect the same WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to Ominiflow, existing approved templates remain available. You may need to re-sync or re-submit if names or languages changed during export.

How long does AiSensy to Ominiflow migration take?

Most SMB migrations take 3–7 business days including number port, template check, and a small test broadcast. Complex CRM or custom webhook setups can add 1–2 weeks. Planning a parallel test environment avoids rushing go-live.

Is there downtime during migration?
