Zapier + WhatsApp Integration
Official Zapier app: send an approved WhatsApp template from Typeform, Google Sheets, Airtable, and the rest of the Zapier catalog when no native connector exists.
Ominiflow is listed on Zapier (app slug ominiflow). The published action is Send Template Message (send_template_message). It creates and sends an approved template to a phone number on your Ominiflow account.
Required fields: phone, template_name, template_language. Optional: body_1 and body_2 for the first two template variables. Full how-to: send a WhatsApp message using Zapier (Cloud API — not Zapier’s unofficial WhatsApp Notifications app). MCP clients can call the same action via zapier.com/mcp/ominiflow.
Common Zaps: Typeform submission → welcome template; Google Sheets new row → template. For high-volume CRM sync, prefer native Zoho or HubSpot — Zapier task costs add up above ~5,000 monthly events, and this action does not log the thread back to the CRM.

Connect Ominiflow in ZapierSearch Ominiflow at zapier.com/apps/ominiflow/integrations and connect your Ominiflow account.

Choose trigger appSelect the source (Typeform, Sheets, Airtable) and define when the Zap should run.

Add Send Template MessageMap phone, template_name, and template_language. Add body_1 and body_2 only if the approved template has those variables.
