Upayments + WhatsApp Integration
Kuwait-local Upayments gateway: KNET checkout links from WhatsApp, paid/failed webhooks, and receipt templates for SMBs that are not on MyFatoorah or Tap.
Upayments is a Kuwait payment gateway used by local SMBs, tuition desks, and smaller D2C stores that want KNET without an enterprise Tap or MyFatoorah contract. Ominiflow creates an Upayments invoice URL from chatbot fields and sends it on an approved Utility template. Success and failure callbacks update the contact and fire the matching WhatsApp message.
Choose Upayments when the merchant already has an Upayments MID. If they are on MyFatoorah or Tap, use those connectors instead — do not stack three KNET links. Amounts stay in KWD; phone numbers stay E.164 (+965).
