In the sheet, open Ominiflow → Open WhatsApp Sender, connect with an API token from Ominiflow → Developers → API Keys, map columns to template variables, and send. The add-on writes SENT and a timestamp back to the row.
The workspace Google Sheets connector is the other path: sync contact lists for broadcasts, and append inbound chatbot rows with timestamp and source. Bi-directional sync is optional — an agent tags the outcome in Ominiflow and the status column updates. Scheduled sync runs every 15 minutes, or in real time via an Apps Script webhook. Use the connector when you need that sync; use the add-on when the send happens from the sheet menu. Common with event organizers, local businesses, and early-stage startups before CRM adoption.
