WhatsApp forms let a customer submit fields inside the thread instead of bouncing to a website. This demo uses the official Cloud API form flow and drops responses into Google Sheets for ops teams that still live in spreadsheets.
Use it for event RSVPs, site-visit slots, or support tickets that should not start as a free-text chat. Ominiflow hosts the form + sheet connection so you are not scraping chat exports.
