A WhatsApp link is a URL that opens a chat with your number, or an invite into a group you control. The number format is https://wa.me/919876543210 — country code, no plus, no zeros, no spaces. Add ?text= for a pre-filled message. A group link is different: WhatsApp generates https://chat.whatsapp.com/... inside the group info screen. This page is how you create those links. It is not a directory of random “girls group” invites.

- The link does not replace Cloud API. It only opens a chat. Teams still need a shared inbox so five people are not scanning one QR on one phone.
